First time leaving our dog here for one day. Tal y Cafn kennels booked us in at short notice and were very professional and reassuring at checkin. Picked up a very happy dog 8 hours later. Thanks for a great service.

Took wonderful care of our "princess" Jess ,a fiesty cat who doesn't like many people! She's been there a few times now ,as well as our beloved dog who we unfortunately lost last year. The staff are very kind and reassuring to our needs. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much wouldn't take our pets anywhere else.

Had a previous bad experience when my dog was a puppy in kennels, were he came out cowling and wetting everywhere so was weary. I didn't need to be they came out full of life and had no issues with them since being back home. I have my faith back and so glad I used them and will do in the future. I suppose you get what you pay for. Highly recommend and staff were great and put me at ease.

First time on using kennels and myself and husband were more worried than our dog was as never left our dog before. No need to worry the staff are brilliant and answer all your questions, Bertie enjoyed himself and was very well looked after, one happy dog. Would highly recommend.

My 10 year old shih tzu has never stayed in kennels before as I wasn’t sure he’d be ok, as he always comes back very clingy from dog boarding where he stays in someone’s home. He stayed at Tal y cafn kennels Wednesday to Saturday and they took really good care of him. He actually came back better than from dog boarding - I can only assume he thinks I’ve rehomed him again when he goes to someone’s house, whereas that didn’t occur to him in kennels. So I didn’t get the usual 3 weeks of following me everywhere like a shadow afterwards. Aled was very good at answering any questions by email. I’m really happy with his stay there and will be using them again and would highly recommend them. If you are nervous about leaving your dog I hope this gives you some reassurance.

We left our collie Stanley here for 12 days while we went holiday. Felt very apprehensive about leaving him for so long but had nothing to worry about. Came home happy and bouncing and had it seems a great time. Would highly recommend talking to y can kennels to anyone wanting to leave their pet whilst going away 5* service!!

We have just collected our very happy dog from a 17 days stay. She had never in her 7 years stayed in kennels before so we were naturally worried. She came home happy, clean and dry and didn't smell at all! All the staff were lovely and kind, our dog went up to each one of them as she left wagging her tail, that says a lot! We will be back and highly recommend these kennels.
